The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager POS (m/f/d) to own and drive the strategic development, launch, and success of our POS solutions—including POS terminal integration, commercial network operations, Girocard acceptance, and settlement processes. Responsibilities

• Define and refine our POS strategy, with special focus on terminals, network operations, Girocard integration, and merchant settlement.
• Identify target segments, analyze competitive landscapes, and execute marketing tactics to position our solution for success.
• Gather requirements, conduct user research, and prioritize features that enhance the end-to-end POS experience.
• Work closely with engineering, UX, operations, and other teams to build and continuously improve innovative POS hardware and workflows.
• Partner with Sales to drive POS solution adoption and cultivate strategic partnerships—especially for expanding our network operations and Girocard capabilities.
• Ensure merchants receive world-class support and that feedback loops drive ongoing product enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, ideally within payments or POS, with strong knowledge of e-commerce or POS ecosystems
• Strategic thinker with solid commercial acumen
• Track record of taking software solutions from concept through market launch
• Proficient with CRM platforms and data-driven analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
