Managed Services Integration Officer – Malta Office

Our expansion plans require that we recruit an Integration Officer to join the Managed Services Team within the Technical Services Department. As a Managed Services Integration Officer the main duties will be to investigate production issues, test releases, certify card scheme patches and new clients, production system maintenance and monitoring. These tasks are mainly related to the Online system.
The ideal candidate will…
- Be in possession of a degree in computing or a similar recognised qualification.
- Be familiar with the use of tools that enable the selective access to information held within a database (e.g. SQL).
- Have knowledge of Unix/Linux and Microsoft Windows environments.
- Shows interest to learn using monitoring and testing tools.
- Have an understanding of IT infrastructures and IS applications
- Possess good communication skills, able to perform under pressure and have the ability to deal with and solve problems quickly and accurately.
- Have Strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise across different tasks and meet deadlines as per business objectives and fluency in written and spoken English.
- Understanding of collaboration tools.
