About the Job
The Project Manager is responsible in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned projects. The Project Manager will be required to assist their assigned Sr. Project Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications.


  • Project Co-ordination & Project Controls
  • Cost tracking for sequential costing
  • Cost analysis
  • Project Schedule Adherence
  • Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies
  • Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of projects
  • Weekly / Monthly Project Status Meetings
  • Meeting minutes and Documentation
  • Project Monthly Report Generation
  • Change Management and Client Delivery
  • Contract Administration
  • Warranty Review and Procurement
  • Assists in the coordination of all stakeholders
  • Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel
  • Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback
  • Conducts customer satisfaction assessments
  • Uses computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, calendar, e-mail and database software in performing work assignments


  • Good knowledge of project management; ability to apply project management concepts to information technology environment
  • Working towards or holding a degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting or related field with a minimum of 6 years work experience within the Payments or Financial Services industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment
  • Superior communication and organization development skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, reviews, and workshops involving internal and external participants
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and long hours to recover impacted schedules;
  • Availability to travel on-site
  • Self-driven individual with the ability to coach individuals and lead a process of knowledge transfer and mentoring
