RS2 promotes BankWORKS® in the Middle East

RS2 Software was an exhibitor during the Cards and Payments Middle East 2012 conference and expo. The event was held on the 15^th and 16^th May at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). Cards and Payments Middle East is one of the largest events in the region that targets banks, retailers and telecommunication companies.

During the conference, the attendees were presented with studies carried out in the segments of online payment and payment service providers. The discussions and presentations at the conference tackled various topics, including; the development of contactless and mobile payments, e-money and security and the e-commerce sector with practical examples from successful e-commerce businesses.

RS2’s stand was manned by Mr Maher Imreish (Project Manager) and Mr Esam Ayesh (Business/System Analyst) who are both from RS2’s office in Jordan.

RS2’s delegates had meetings that were set up prior to the show with attendees who were interested in RS2’s BankWORKS® Card Management System. Mr Imreish and Mr Ayesh described the modules and their functionalities and how the system can be adapted to suit particular clients. Prospective clients also had the opportunity to see a demo of how the system works. A special emphasis was made on the Islamic Banking functionality and how the system can be adapted according to the Shariah Islamic Law and how Islamic Banks may operate using the BankWORKS® system.
