RS2 exhibits at ETA Annual Meeting & Expo 2012 in Las Vegas
The Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) Annual Meeting & Expo is one of the largest events in the Americas that attracts key players in the payments and transaction processing industry. The event was held on 17th – 19th April at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas. The yearly event attracts more than 3,500 professionals in the industry who are interested in learning more about the payments industry, showcasing new products or looking for partnerships and channel opportunities. The ETA Annual Meeting and Expo event attracts various merchant acquirers, financial institutions, payment processors and payment services providers.
RS2 exhibited during the event in order to promote its BankWORKS® Card Management System together with its new Managed Services offering through its 100% owned subsidiary RS2 SMART PROCESSING. RS2 SMART PROCESSING offers its customers an access to a private cloud-hosted data centre facility in order to utilise the modules and services that are required for their business. This is offered as an alternative solution to the traditional license sales to use the BankWORKS® modules. The RS2 SMART PROCESSING is a fast and efficient solution that also minimizes costs as consumers do not need to invest as much in the necessary hardware and software to support the system when compared to the actual purchase of the license.
RS2’s delegation consisted of Mr Mario Schembri (Chairman) and Mr Radi El Haj (CEO) from the Maltese office, Ms Ulrike Schäffter (Director of Business Unit and Product Development) from the German office and Ms Mayra Meza (Executive Vice President - Project Management and Business Development) from the American subsidiary organisation Transworks LLC.
