Senior Application Developer / Application Developer

Reference: AD 13/1

We are seeking individuals for the positions of Senior Application Developers or Application Developers with knowledge of one or more of the following programming languages:

• C/C++
• JEE
• Oracle PL/SQL
• ColdFusion

Applicants must have a minimum of two years experience in a software developer position together with proven skills in relational database programming. Experience in financial software development will be considered an asset. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for technical documentation, quality and the ability to meet deadlines.

Systems/Network Administrator

Reference: SA 13/1

The Systems/Network Administrator will form part of a team responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, network security and applications availability for the company’s operations. You are required to perform day to day administration duties of the network/server environment that include backup procedures and technology inventory control.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a Systems/Network Administration role. You will be confident in the use of the following technologies:

Experience within IT operations of a financial institution is considered an asset.

Integration Specialists

Reference: IS 13/1

The Integration Specialist will form part of a team that is responsible for the configuration, testing and installation of RS2 applications on multiple platforms. The position requires you to act as the main technical liaison with our clients. Your tasks also include compliance certification, support and troubleshooting both on-site and from our offices in Malta. You will also be expected to prepare and deliver technical training on the installation, usage and maintenance of our applications.

Candidates must possess a good understanding of operating systems, network protocols, IT infrastructure and SQL. A recognised certification in Networking and Systems Support or equivalent is required. Experience with financial applications, Oracle databases and linux environments will be considered an asset.

Business / Systems Analysts
Business / Systems Analyst (SBW)

We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to join a multi-cultural team of project managers and systems analysts. As part of this team you will have the opportunity to work on projects for our global clients using RS2's Project Management Methodology framework.

In this position you will have various opportunities to travel to our client sites and analyse their requirements. You will also be working closely with the global card schemes (e.g. Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and will have access to their suite of testing simulators allowing you to perform quality assurance activities.

Your typical work activities would be to:
Work closely with global clients to gather their requirements
Perform gap analysis
Draw up functional specifications
Perform quality assurance
Write user manuals
Implement solutions at client side

Applicants for this position must have experience working on analysis of enterprise IT solutions and must be ready to travel. Experience in the payments industry will be considered an asset.
