In providing these support services, RS2 Software Group at times employs a strong network of experienced partners whose knowledge and experience has been established, but whose added value includes knowledge of specific technology or the local environment.
Periodic upgrades of new releases and versions are included in the BankWORKS software license under the provisions of a separate Maintenance Agreement. Upgrades are introduced at BankWORKS installations at varying intervals throughout each year in conformity with major credit card organization requirements.
Regular liaison with respective Credit Card Organizations assures that upgrades are developed and introduced at client locations on a timely basis to assure that BankWORKS installations at each location conform to current administrative and regulatory requirements.
 RS2 Software Group's product delivery policy is structured to create a close working relationship with each client's IT and processing staff during the implementation phase of all RS2 Software Group's products. This policy assures that respective clients and their staff are fully conversant with the BankWORKS software systems.
