November 2008 - RS2 attends Cartes & IDentification

RS2 Software p.l.c. joined card industry executives from around the world to attend Cartes & IDentification 2008, the world's largest trade show fpr card technology and identification, held recently at the Villepinte Exhibition Centre, in the north of Paris.

October 2008 - RS2 sponsors handball club

RS2 Software p.l.c. recently sponsored the Kavallieri Handball Club which consists of four teams - Men Senior, Men Promotion, Ladies and the U16 Boys.

October 2008 - RS2 signs agreement with Croatian Postal Bank

RS2 Software p.l.c. recently signed a three-year comprehensive license and service package agreement with Croatian postal bank Hrvatska Postanska Banka (HPB).

October 2008 - RS2 signs new agreement with Nordic company

EDB, a leading Nordic IT provider, has signed an agreement with Sweden's largest chain of petrol stations. The agreement which runs for five years and is one of the largest contracts for card services that EDB has won in the Swedish market will involve the delivery of payments services for the chain's customers. EDB will be using the RS2 bankWORKS platform to provide the basis for its products and services in this area.

September 2008 - Oracle Certified Partner status

RS2 Software p.l.c., a global software provider of bankWORKS card management solutions has today announced that it has achieved Oracle Certified Partner status within the Oracle Partner Network (OPN).

July 2008 - First RS2 BankWORKS Web contract signed in Middle East

Following the successful implementation of the bankWORKS WEB release in various countries in Europe, RS2 Software p.l.c. has recently signed the first bankWORKS WEB contract with one of its existing clients in the Middle East. This contract underlines RS2's commitment to continuously upgrade its systems with new cutting edge technology, and clients' confidence in RS2's new technology developments.

June 2008 - IPO fully subscribed

RS2 Software p.l.c. is pleased to announce that it has decided to close the subscription lists immediately upon reaching the 12,500,000 shares threshold established under the Combined Offering.

June 2008 - RS2 announces oversubscription of pre-placement exercise

RS2 Software p.l.c. announces that it has successfully attracted subscriptions in excess of the threshold of 50% of the Combined Offering during the pre-placement stage.

May 2008 - RS2 shares admissible for listing

Following an application submitted on 4 April 2008, the Listing Authority has authorised the Listing of RS2 Shares on the Malta Stock Exchange. A Combined Offering of a total of 12,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 33.3% of the issued share capital, is being made to the general public.

May 2008 - RS2 invited to the Oracle Partner Network day in Turkey

RS2 senior management recently attended the EE&CIS Oracle Partner Network Day in Turkey to further develop their close working partnership with Oracle and to deliver a presentation on the integration of Oracle security products within BankWORKS, RS2's software solution.

February 2008 - RS2 visits President of Malta

Shortly after the close of the User Forum, RS2 management headed by its Chairman and founder, Reinhold Schaeffter paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency Dr. E.Fenech Adami, President of the Republic of Malta. The delegation discussed matters of mutual interest particularly in the ICT arena. Mr. Schaeffter presented the President with a gift for the Malta Community Chest Fund.

February 2008 - RS2 User Forum

The much anticipated RS2 User Forum was held on the 19th and 20th February. Clients and sponsors expressed their appreciation for the hospitality shown by RS2 and commented on the professional organisation of the event and depth of content directly relevant to the clients present in the forum.
