Card Management Solutions is our business. RS2 Software Group develops, installs, implements and markets computer software for financial institutions under its product brand Bankworks. In 2009 we expanded our operations to include processing of payment transactions.
Our revenues are generated through the following:
Licence fees the Group grants non-exclusive, perpetual licences for the use of specific Bankworks products/modules. These include fixed-term or subscription-based license agreements.
Maintenance this consists of upgrades, enhancements, corrections and on-going support for Bankworks, as well as updates mandated by international card organisations.
Services professional services are provided to assist customers with the initial implementation of Bankworks and include services requested by customers. These may include system implementation and integration, customisations, configurations, certification with international card organisations, project management, change requests, remote and on-site support, and user training.
Comprehensive packages contracted for a fixed term, these agreements grant customers the right to use Bankworks modules and offer initial implementation services and unspecified upgrades/enhancements during the term of agreement.
