Corporate social responsibility

At RS2 Software we understand that we have an obligation towards society to put into practice sound principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). We are fully committed and have launched several initiatives which support the community, the environment, as well as sports and the arts.

We apply these same principles in our dealings with our employees. As an employer we encourage open communication, teamwork, training and personal development, while ensuring that we create opportunities for and reward outstanding performance, creativity and initiative.

Training is a priority for RS2. In addition, we are committed to supporting the continuous professional development of our employees.

We are currently in the process of planning the establishment of the RS2 Training Academy which will be housed in our new premises in Malta. Our objective is to provide high quality and effective training to ensure that our people are well equipped to face the challenges they face on a daily basis. These include meeting our clients’ varied requirements and delivering on our promise of service excellence.

We promote ICT in Malta and its support centres play an important role in creating ICT job opportunities.
Furthermore, we recognise the role sports play in society and view physical exercise as beneficial to overall well-being. On a weekly basis we organise volleyball, basketball and football sessions which are keenly attended by our employees.
